Delivery to UK
Your items will be posted once a month depending on the couriers dates, Normally the 2nd Saturday each month for the UK or once a week in the EU.
Postage from Thailand is via Dragon Courier and all costs include Phytosanitary certificate and all customs charges.
Total cost for a small parcel starts at £49.95 and depends on quantity and size of plants.
Delivery to EU and other countries
Postage is with Dragon courier once a week and please contact us for specific prices on posting to the EU and other countries. We may use a variety of shipping companies including Royal mail UPS and DHL.
Collection
Collection is not possible at this time but please send us an email and we will endeavor to help.
We deliver to the UK and EU while aiming to minimize transportation time and our carbon footprint at our own cost. We offer Free Express Delivery via Dragon courier, UPS or DPD for orders exceeding £500.
Heat packs can be included for a small charge in all deliveries placed in the winter months.
Depending on the plant, certain specimen may be shipped bare-root in sphagnum moss or potted in our well draining potting mix.
Most plants are quite tolerant of no light during transport, however most parcels are not handled with the level of care we would hope and as such some plants may acquire some cosmetic damage in transit.
We recommend that you let your plants rest for up to a week and provide them with higher humidity through the use of a humidifier or by regular misting.

Return and Refund policy
We guarantee our plants for a period of 10 days after delivery, providing the plants HAVE NOT been removed from the original pot and substrate.
We do not compensate damage that is considered reasonable transit stress, for example:
Minor folds in leaves
A proportionally small loss in foliage compared to the size of plant.
There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 10 days after receipt. Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
We do not accept returns of plants in inadequate packaging such as envelopes or boxes that are too small for the plant.
We kindly ask that you do not ship plants to us in a manner that you would not like us to ship them to you.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a return and/or refund.
Refunds and/or replacements will be given at our discretion.
We hope that you are delighted with your online purchase from us.
However if your plants arrive damaged, we will of course offer you a refund (including delivery costs)
When we send out a plant or cutting, we check it thoroughly to ensure that it's the very best quality and in perfect health before packing it meticulously and sending it to you. If your item arrives damaged, the easiest way of letting us know is to use our contact form to give us details of the problem.
But, please note that, as plants are perishable, we ask that you send a photo of the damaged plant to us as soon as possible.
